Here it is. Looks like he is copying off the success of the “Hot Tub Time Machine” and Austin Powers franchises by going back in time. I thought the first Joe Dirt was dumber than peanut butter on cornbread and it looks like this one is even worse. I guess it’s over my head since I don’t get it.
