Van Halen is releasing its first-ever live album to feature original singer David Lee Roth. Recorded on June 21, 2013 at the famed Tokyo Dome in Tokyo, Japan, TOKYO DOME LIVE IN CONCERT includes 23 songs, spanning all seven of the band’s albums with Roth. It will be released as a double CD; four-LP set on 180-gram vinyl; and digitally beginning March 31, 2015.
TOKYO DOME LIVE IN CONCERT features an electrifying performance by singer David Lee Roth, guitarist Eddie Van Halen, drummer Alex Van Halen, and bassist Wolfgang Van Halen. Kid Rock’s New Video “First Kiss”
It’s a long way from his 1997 release Bawitdaba, but it shows his music is ever changing and not stale. I give it a 4 beer “hell ya!” toast out of five, only because the intro reminds me of Bryan Adam’s “Summer of 69”. But really, how many distinct variations of 7 notes can we all do?? I think Kid Rock will continue to put out great music for many years to come. Also, you gotta give props to him for going out on tour and only charging 20 bucks a ticket in order for anyone to be able to afford to see him…Here’s an article about it. Click—>Detroit Free Press

AC/DC’s “Play Ball” video
Here is the latest AC/DC release “Play Ball”. Not sure if it’s a left over piece that was pulled off the music shelf or it’s a brand new song written by the current line up but it does Modulate through a couple of keys which for AC/DC, hasn’t been done that often. Please enjoy nuns playing soccer and the indoor all female football teams… As with AC/DC, the song has at least “2” meanings…lol.
Kind of different and sad not seeing Malcolm Young in the mix. 🙁 So what do you think? Hit or Miss?

Culture Club’s new single “More than Silence”
Boy George’s vocals have aged like a fine wine. The songs are far deeper and more meaningful than the stuff released back in the day…

Marilyn Manson’s “Third Day Of A Seven Day Binge” song released
So when this guy popped out on the scene in the early 90’s he was one scary guy. Then he went thru an identity problem and maybe couldn’t make up his mind if he was going to be scary or Bowie? I think he lost a lot of his fan base when he abandoned the Goth look for androgynous look and changed his music up. Of course it’s the revolving door of an artist.
Marilyn is back with his new Album set to drop in 2015 but he has released the single “Third Day Of A Seven Day Binge”. So what do you think of it? I personally like the scary Marilyn but he is still working!
When the song starts up I keep hearing “what’s your name? Who’s your daddy? Is he rich, is he rich like me?

Here’s an excerpt!
Tell us something about each of your band members that we wouldn’t expect
to hear.
Ron Stoppable can build anything with his hands. Jeff Windish is super
smart, and a recording engineer that did a big part of our DEVIL IN THE
LAKE CD. Jason Meudt does all our merch and dog tags. works for Dean
Guitars and does all their filming, is a photographer and did all the art
work and Videos for our record. Jesse is always coming up with new topic
and songs and lyrics and plays guitar too. I’m surrounded by BADASSES!
Hypothetical situation. You’re on Gilligan’s island and you get to hook up
with only one of the survivors… Which one and why?
Mary Ann she would be a good partner and Help Mate. Someone to work
together with.
Do you know what a vinyl album is and have your ever purchased one? If so,
what was it?
All the KISS records on vinyl.
You’re marooned on an island with Justin Bieber. Do you choke him out the
first night in his sleep or what?
Try work together and we will see how it goes

MoeTar – “Regression To The Mean” VIDEO! AWESOME!
MoeTar is a 6-piece ArtRock band from Oakland, California fronted by the inimitable vocalist Moorea Dickason. MoeTar’s unique alchemy blends sophisticated pop hooks with a viciously technical musical canvas. The band’s first record, 2012’s From These Small Seeds, was a bold experiment; a visionary redefinition of the traditional “rock band.” MoeTar’s latest release, Entropy of the Century (out now – Order Now) represents a maturation and crystallization of the band’s unique approach to pop and rock. The album’s 12 songs tackle the disparate issues humanity confronts as it begins a new century, cohering into an ultimately profound and redemptive musical statement that illustrates humans’ capacity to triumph over its own mistakes.
